TPW-D
TPW-D is a multifunctional fuel modifier of permanent year-round use for diesel fuels with multifunctional properties: combustion enhancers of new generation, cetane boosting additives, washing properties of the best quality, anti-smoke properties, components that lower the freezing point of paraffins, antioxidant, anticorrosive, stabilizing, defoaming, moisture-repellent, antistatic properties, in its composition the additive can have marker.
Diesel fuels with TPW-D additive have additional competitive advantages operational advantages over premium (branded) fuels, in large urban areas and environmentally sensitive areas, as well as to improve the performance of high-speed engines, such as:
- Effective cleaning properties: reduction of fuel flow braking at the nozzle when the needle is raised by 0.10mm to 68% (CEC(PE-023)TBA method)
- improvement of environmental properties of engines, reduction of smoke, CO, CH, NOx;
- increasing the power output of power plants. reduced fuel consumption;
- increases the reliability and service life of the engine, its parts, assemblies, aggregates before the current and major repairs, reduces the number of nozzle replacements by 14% and high-pressure pumps by 20%.
-increases the specific electrical conductivity of fuel;
-increases fuel stability, shelf life up to 50%, resistance to fuel oxidation, including biocidal, antioxidant effects,
improves corrosion protection (ASTM D 665A, ASTM D 130).
The main parameters of the TPW-D formula
-Lubricity-
-Washing effect-
-Anti-foam performance-
-Corrosion protection-
-Improved moisture separation-
-Components that reduce the freezing of paraffins-
-Electrostatic safety-
-Marker-
-Gorenje catalyst-
-Increase cetane number-
-Reduction of harmful emissions into the atmosphere-
TPW-D protects the supply and injection system from pollution, which can reduce power and increase emissions of pollutants.
The excellent detergent properties of TPW-D allow insoluble particles to be maintained in suspension and favor ideal fuel atomization, optimization of injection and combustion.
